PROCUREMENT CHECKLIST
How to clarify MOQ and order units
An enquiry quantity is useful only when its unit and grouping are clear. A pair, a single piece and a set are not interchangeable.
Confirm what one unit contains
State whether you need pairs or pieces, and whether left and right cups are supplied together. A request for 5,000 pieces may differ from a request for 5,000 pairs.
Ask how the minimum is calculated
Ask whether MOQ applies to the model, size, colour, thickness, material or a specific combination. Ask whether mixed quantities can be accepted, without assuming they count toward a single minimum.
Separate stock from custom supply
Available stock quantity, custom production MOQ and sample requirements may differ. Clarify each route separately. Public listing minima are dated source statements, not a current quotation.
Keep one line per model
For each model, list the requested size and colour, quantity, unit and acceptable alternatives. Include the delivery destination so the quotation can address the actual shipment.
Put the checklist to work.
Add your model, quantities, specification and delivery country to one requirement.
