02 / Define the specification
Separate the dimensions, thickness positions, material layers, colours and requested quantity. Mark anything still open for discussion.
03 / Confirm scope and sampling terms
Development feasibility, mould requirements, sample fees, revisions and timing are confirmed before work. No fixed cycle or free sample policy is assumed.
04 / Approve the reference for bulk supply
Agree the sample revision, specifications and acceptance requirements. MOQ, packaging, delivery and production terms are quoted for the approved requirement.
